Haven't actually measured the difference in my waistline, but my clothes do fit and look better. Starting to crack around the edges but I'm sure that's mostly due to how tightly I personally wear it. Also took a while for it to finally show up and I wasn't provided with a tracking number but, overall satisfied with the product, especially considering how little I paid for it.
