This vest fully met my expectations. Although it came with 30 lbs, it can be upgraded to 45 by buying some additional weights. It is very comfortable and I like how the weight is distributed. It is solidly constructed and I expect it will last a long time. The vest also arrived in 3-days. Although this vest is advertised with men, I am a female and it is very comfortable for me. I bought this vest instead of the woman's MIR vest because I liked the design of this one better.
